Prohibited uses

• Scanning domains without ownership, client authorization or a reasonable business authorization basis.
• Using CatalogWise for crawler abuse, aggressive scraping, spam, credential attacks or denial-of-service behavior.
• Submitting unnecessary sensitive personal data, secrets, payment card data or customer records into scans or chat.
• Reverse engineering, bypassing paywalls, quota abuse or attempting to access another customer account.
• Using reports to mislead clients, imply official platform endorsement or make unsubstantiated ranking or sales claims.
• Using the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or harmful activity.

Enforcement

CatalogWise may throttle, suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that violate this policy, abuse free public previews, misuse AI guidance or create risk for third-party storefronts.
