Refund Policy
This policy explains how CatalogWise handles subscription cancellation, consumed reports, digital scan credits and one-time implementation purchases.
Starter trial
The Starter plan may include a 7-day card-backed trial. You can cancel before the trial ends and no subscription charge will be applied. If the trial is not cancelled before it ends, the card is charged for the selected billing period.
Paid subscriptions
Growth, Scale and Agency plans are paid from the beginning unless a signed order form says otherwise. Subscriptions can be cancelled for future billing periods through billing workflows when enabled. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated in the plan.
Consumed reports
Full PDF reports, exported recommendations and completed scans are generally treated as consumed digital services and are not refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law.
One-time implementation
Implementation purchases cover async intake, audit work, report design, roadmap preparation and handoff. Refund eligibility depends on delivery stage, work already performed and written agreement.
EU consumer caveat
CatalogWise is built for B2B merchants and agencies. If consumer law applies in a specific transaction, statutory rights may override this policy.
